DO YOU PROVIDE DIGITAL IMAGES FROM OUR SESSION?

Yes, your images will be delivered on a private online downloadable gallery.

DO YOU ARCHIVE OUR PHOTOS IF WE  DELETE OR LOSE THEM?

No. We strongly recommend that you immediately make copies of your images. The best way to archive is to print.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Please wear clothing that fits, that is timeless and is appropriate for the weather. Please remember that it gets colder in the evening ,when most of our on location sessions take place, and that it is often much cooler at the coast than it is inland. A cold child is an unhappy child, and that can affect the quality of your session. Try on your outfits before the day of the session, make sure clothing fits. Choose clothing that represents your family's style. You don’t have to all match, but coordinating is a good idea. Think all jewel tones or all pastels. Add accessories for shine, texture and interest. Keep it classic, these photos will remain on your walls for years. Try to avoid white solid shirts. If you're wearing socks, keep them close to the same color as your pants. Diaper covers are recommended for little girls wearing dresses.Please bring a brush and something to tie back hair in case of wind.

DO I HAVE TO BE ON TIME?

Yes please, Our session begins at the time agreed to at booking. If you arrive  late that is time we might not be able to make up at the end. We often book several sessions in one day, run out of light or have other obligations. Our time, like yours, is valuable. If you are running late do to unforeseen circumstances ,please let us know as soon as possible.

WHEN SHOULD APPOINTMENTS BE SCHEDULED?

During peak season, which is April-November, please book 2-3 months in advance. If you want a specific date for your session ( a birthday party or family is in town) please book as soon as you know the date.


WHAT IF RAIN IS FORECAST FOR THE DAY OF THE SESSION?

 Often long-range forecasts are not accurate. Rainy mornings can turn into beautiful evenings. We  make the call about 2 to 3 hours before your session. We will reschedule your session if it must be canceled due to rain.

HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION LAST?

Sessions last about 45 minutes

CAN I BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES?

Sure, just keep in mind there are no changing rooms in a field or beach. Wear a tank top under clothing for quick changes.

CAN TWO FAMILIES SHARE A SESSION?

No. We want to spend the full session with you and your family. Sometimes children need time to warm up and we need time to get the most our of your session.  Ask us about extended family sessions for larger groups. 

WHAT ABOUT THE LOCATION?

We mainly photograph in Plymouth, however we have a few favorite spots on  The South Shore of Massachusetts.. . Think of the “vibe” you have in mind… do you want rural, urban, park, ocean, etc…we can find a place to accommodate that look in the towns we work in. 

SHOULD WE DO PHOTOS IN YOUR STUDIO?

Our studio is tiny and primarily used for photographing newborns and headshots.. We can accommodate a few children in there in colder months. The studio is not the best place for the vibrant family photos you want.

WHEN DO WE GET OUR DIGITAL IMAGES?

We email a link to your online gallery 2 to 3 weeks after your session.
We accept Checks or Cash

Payment in full is due at the time of your session.
